Peter Abelman represents the third generation within the New York construction industry and has personally been active in the general construction field for over 37 years.
His experience spans taking structures out of the ground, from foundation and piles, to constructing new buildings plus total renovation and interiors of landmark complexes.
As a past principal of a successful construction firm he completed over 1,000 projects in the private and public sector. Exceeding an annual average volume of over 25 million with such high profile projects as the Windows on the World restaurant, NYU's Leonard Stern Hall, Metropolitan Museum of Art Expansion, NY Youth Hostel as well as schools and nursing homes.
Mr. Abelman is a graduate of Hofstra University with interests and hobbies including sailing, skiing, running and literature.
