Ernest L. Maset has over 20 years of experience. Prior to Innovax, he was responsible for the national construction program for American Sterilizer Corp. (AMSCO) in which he scheduled, coordinated and supervised major renovation as well as work installing new medical equipment systems in hospitals throughout the country.

He coordinated this work with the various hospital teams made up of administrators, architects/engineers, consultants and staff doctors. Maintaining schedules and minimizing disruption of the ongoing hospital operations.

He has been involved in all projects of the office. Maintaining client liaison, construction scheduling, long lead item evaluation and daily field contact.

When required, he overlaps the field supervision to keep pace with the schedules. He was personally responsible for the completed Saks Fifth Avenue project. In which an entire rear section of the building was removed and reconstructed so that the new Swiss Bank Tower could rise up and partially cover the existing Saks structure, i.e.: air rights.

His technical expertise involving the renovating and restoration of existing concrete/steel structures is the best in the business.
